I have been going to Mammoth for about 40 years now and I’m accustomed to older units that are in need of a spruce. This place was rough. The carpets were stained and torn; the blinds didn’t work; the bathrooms were awful, with leaking sinks and showers that were either ice-plunge cold or burning hot. I guess the beds were pretty comfortable and the towels were nice and plentiful, but I would not recommend this place at all unless you literally have no other choice. I can’t believe we spent 6,000 for a weekend at this place - not worth it at all.

I had never been to Mammoth before and the location of this place is perfect. Really easy walk to the Village and gondola and it has 3 places to park in front of the unit. We didn’t end up using it but loved that it had a game room for kids as well as a spa and sauna. Wish we could have stayed longer.
