  • With updated features, this stylish vacation property offers plenty of room. Amenities include WiFi for staying connected, a community rec room for games, and a sunny deck off the living area for sipping a cup of tea while looking out across the majestic Sherwin mountains.     Hitting the slopes has never been easier with the Village and Canyon Lodge Gondola just 400 yards away. You'll also be able to walk to the front of the property to take the Blue Line shuttle to visit other area attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Spring Skiing at Mammoth

Nice stay at this property for a Spring ski trip. Good communication from the owner. My teenagers were comfortable in their room.Beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. Condo was clean and ready for our arrival.Plenty of parking. I would stay here again. Great Spring skiing.

So Convenient

We loved this place because it was close to the Village and to the Mammoth festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza. Parking was not an issue. We had 3 couples and 2 singles and we all fit nicely, however, that required one unfortunate couple using the pull-out sofa in the living room.

Convenient 2 BR plus loft

The layout of the condo is good and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils which is always a must for us. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the main TV in the living room was broken and we were told the owner was replacing it (not written in the listing), which impacted our vacation. The location of the condo is just a short walk to the village gondola and the jacuzzi was very clean.

Great location

Great location and a pretty decent price. Only downsides were a huge dark stain on the carpet and the patio being taped off, which was a huge let down. Chose the location from the pictures which showed a deck with a nice view. Wish they would have mentioned it being closed off. After the fact, I saw Vacasa's response to another reviewers complaints about the same issue. Vacasa said it was not mentioned in the amenities which is kind of misleading since they showed open in the pictures.

No customer support!

Icy entry way. Deck not shoveled so not usable. Not enough towels for our group of seven. Only four towels provided. Microwave didn't work. Called for assistance everyday we were there and received NO SUPPORT!Asked to speak with a GM when someone finally did call me on our third and last day, and was told that the GM does not speak to customers. VRBO should reconsider handing their customers off to VACASA...If you go here, BEWARE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN and don't expect any straight answers or satisfaction. NO I AM NOT A ROBOT!!!

Girls fishing trip

This condo is centrally located, very clean, and was a good size for three adults. The wood stove was nice and we used it every night. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, dishes, etcetera. No reflection on the vacasa cleaning crew, but the previous tenants did not clean the pans, so we washed everything before using. Road noise from Lake Mary Road, right outside the windows and patios, was loud and made it less than ideal to sit outside or have the doors open for air flow. Only other down side is that there is no pantry space for food. We had to leave all our pantry items out on the counter. Over all, a great place if you don't mind the traffic noise during the day. It did die off at night after 9.

We booked a father/son trip and, based on the location to the village and gondola we chose mammoth view villa 30. The location is great as it is a five minute walk to the village and the gondola which whisks you to canyon lodge. Plenty of food options within walking distance. We were luck since we were there monday through thursday and there were virtually no crowds. The condo is easy to get to, parking in front was adequate and the complex was quiet. The 2 bedrooms are located down a flight of stairs and there is a bed in the loft. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and there is another on the top floor. A little inconvenient as there is no bathroom on the main floor. The beds were very firm (the way we like it!) and the "master" has a walk-out balcony. I did find a folding chair, otherwise, there is no furniture on the main floor and bedroom balconies. The kitchen is large enough for one person to cook and possibly another to help/clean. It is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses and utensils including a nice selection of knives. One downside for us - the dishwasher was labeled out of service which may have been due to the selection knob missing.

Comfort with a view :)

Loved the three level layout, living space was comfortable with a great view of snow covered mountains. Bed was comfortable, we brought extra blankets (the thinner comforter was not enough for myself, but I came prepared :) and each room stayed warm with the additional heater options. The shower downstairs had great water pressure, it was hot too; we loved our stay!

Very Hot and uncomfortable

There was a heat wave and the condos weren’t prepared for it. There was no screens so we couldn’t leave windows or slider open. We call and requested some fans and they didn’t have any and they couldn’t help. Good thing we brought 2 fans and our home had screens.

Small place, Lots of Beds

Great location close to the village, about 8 min walk and close to a shuttle stop. Nothing fancy by any means, but it worked great for our close friend group. We skied all day and had relaxing evenings resting back at the house. Would stay again!

There were several items in disrepair.

We sought to get the 2 stove burners, 2 televisions, the bathroom heater, and the outlets repaired. (3 phone calls over 2 days) Additionally the property was dirty (carpets, throw rugs, and junk items on the patio) and the patio door blinds are worn out, and the patio door lock/nob did not work (my husband was able to adjust it.) We were very disappointed to lose a day of our vacation to wait for a person to come so we could explain the various issues. (The problems with the television and burners were on complex and intermittent). Additionally, midweek we discovered evidence of mice in the upstairs bathroom. The property was a good location and efficient for3 people. I would not want to host more than 4 people there. I have stayed at HomeAway properties 3 other times and was very pleased each time. Those times contact was with the owner and HomeAway, and not an additional company (Vacasa) in between. There was no contact with the owner at any time, before, during, or after or visit. I expected to hear from the owner regarding all of the disrepaired items, so that they could be certain to get them repaired , minimally, for the next guests.
