Step inside and be dazzled by this newly remodeled 1-bedroom beauty, where style meets comfort in a way that’ll make your jaw drop. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll know you’ve found your ultimate mountain getaway.

Laundry day? Pfft. No need to leave the condo with in-unit laundry right at your fingertips. Forget lugging your laundry to the laundromat—this is convenience at its finest.

Now, let’s talk location—this place is a ski lover’s dream! Eagle Run slopes are just across the street, so you’ll be on the mountain faster than you can say “powder day.” And when it’s time to explore, hop on the shuttle right outside to take you anywhere you need to go. The complex itself? Oh, it’s got that resort vibe—two sizzling hot tubs (because who doesn’t want to soak under the stars?), two pools (summer only, obviously), underground parking, tennis, a gym, and a BBQ area that'll make your summer nights sizzle.

And when the snow melts, the fun doesn’t stop. Bike paths, walking trails, and a golf course are all just a hop, skip, and a jump away. This place has it all, baby.

Bring the whole crew because this condo comfortably sleeps six—queen bed, queen pull-out, and a bunk bed for the kiddos (or your fun-loving friends). Cable TV, free Wi-Fi—you know you’ll be entertained.

Fully stocked and ready for your epic Mammoth adventure, this condo has everything you need for a stay you’ll never forget. The owners are so confident you’ll fall in love, they’re ready to welcome you back for round two!

Parking? No worries. One assigned underground spot is waiting for you, and there’s guest parking (first come, first serve). Just keep in mind the garage height is 6' 9"—so no monster trucks, alright?

A few things to note: The Eagle Lodge ski area is right next door, but check the Mammoth Mountain website for the latest on snow conditions and opening dates. And because Mammoth keeps it cool, no need for A/C—just crack open the windows and let the mountain breeze work its magic. BBQ’s are a summer exclusive, so plan accordingly. And if you're sticking around for more than two weeks, a $150 cleaning fee will apply.

Very nice, well equipped condo (1 wine glass and no corkscrew). Beds comfy and working tv w cable. Easily Walkable to Eagle lodge! Instructions for wood burning stove in checkin info but to use you need to bring paper, lighter and small kindling. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Peaceful location in Mammoth near Eagle Lodge

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Location was perfect - 1 mile from the grocery stores and restaurants, and close by to the Mammoth attractions. It served as an excellent base in exploring the broader Eastern Sierra region.

The condo was very good-all that was advertised. The problem was that we chose this condo for the claim that they had a tennis court. The tennis court that they had looked like it had not been in use for years--a destroyed court, a piece of distroyed asphalt. Management should have advised us of this. Otherwise a good p[lace to stay. Near everything.

Really enjoyed this unit though there was no view or light from the windows due to the massive snow accumulation. Would request that property owner/manager contract for snow removal on the deck side of the unit or update the property description to advise potential renters of the current conditions.

Fantastic location

The condo is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is parking in a garage and the condo is located across the street from Eagle. The kitchen has all the kitchen ware to cook, there are nice TVs in the living room and bedroom and there is wood for the fireplace. Bring a good lighter though, the one there didn’t work. There are two nice spas located steps from the place. I would say that the location is ideal because you can park your car and not have to drive the entire time that you are there!

4 minutes walk to Eagle lodge and lift. Clean and adequate property for at least 4 people. Bunk beds are a plus. Property manager responsive to our needs.

Great location

This is a great place to stay if you are coming to Mammoth to ski. Eagle lodge is just a 3 min walk away. The hot tub is great and the apartment layout is really nice. It was very clean when we arrived as well. The only feedback is about the provided pillows, which are not the most comfortable.

Overall very nice place and experience.

Excellent Mammoth Lakes location (although there don't seem to be many bad locations in Mammoth Lakes) - just south of the golf course, about equal (short) driving distances to The Village and the Von's shopping area. The place itself is kind of a standard 1BR condo, not luxurious but has everything you need - bonus is a washer-dryer in the unit. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels and linens. No work station but a solid dining table (seats six) where you can comfortably set up a laptop. Very good wi-fi. I've stayed in fancier home-share places in the area, but they were also more expensive. Price was quite good for Mammoth, so all in all a good choice. The only bump was finding the unit in the first place. The instructions tell you where to park - in the underground garage - but they don't tell you how to reach the condo from the garage. There are no markings on any of the doors. I wandered around the complex for about 20 minutes before I finally figured it out. So I suggest asking the owner/agent about that before arrival.
