Very rundown with the pool needing a clean and lots of maintenance. Lots of broken and aged amenities. No wifi. Room was ok but shower was awful and only had cold water. Toilet was in a cupboard and light switches were inconvenient. No sandy beach as expected. Breakfast limited to mostly baked items. Dinner nice but limited menu and same for our 2 nights. Checkin was hard work even with prior email messages. Staff were the least friendly compared to other accommodations. Its ok as a 1 or 2 night stay but there are better options.

The rooms are large, however when walked into my room, I had to walk around a toilet as the door leads straight into the bathroom. It was clean, however the shower was always cold and poured out of a pipe in the shower. The room smelled musty, like there was mold in the walls. During check-in, we were told that dinner hours were from 6-8 and reservations were required. But they were already full for the night and we’d have to eat elsewhere. They weren’t friendly or helpful - seemed more annoyed we were there. We had booked for 3 nights but left after 2. We would have checked into another hotel but all were booked.

I recommend having a electric generator for the electricity. When we got to the resort we were shown one room before the electricity went off. We couldn't use our phone to call and to do Facebook because the power was down.The water was slow as well. It would be so great if we have one in place in times of emergencies. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful view with friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely recommend it to friends and families

Large areas of the resort are run down and abandoned. The are holes in the deck around the pool. Wifi is only available at reception and is intermittent at best. For the price you will get better amenities staying in a Beach Fale instead. That said, the staff did everything they could to help us have an enjoyable stay - but there's not much they can do when the place hasnt been maintained in more than a decade

Great place to stay. The fales are a bit noisy if your neighbours are up early and making noise, but it was still very enjoyable. The fiafia night was a great experience, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great place to stay with delicious food and drinks.
