Room was very strong scented I’m Guessing the cleaners you use. I very scent sensitive and to me it’s like a bottle of perfume. Gave me a headache immediately. We returned to our room after dinner the first night and our TV was on! We never touched it since checking in. Everything in the room was fine but it was concerning. The next evening we were in the room when it turned on by itself at 7:29! Never heard of a timer to turn on, off maybe- very strange thing to happen and staff had no idea why. There are signs in the bathroom to caution the user the water is hot!!! We had no hot water the first night. I had to run it for awhile the next day to get lukewarm water. The shower was ok when we needed it later. Dinner in the restaurant was decent but took almost an hour both nights and it wasn’t even that busy the second night? It was just a pizza? Overall it was a fine stay, but I know I can’t stay again with the strong smell in the room.

We stayed at this hotel from 19–20 July. The staff member at reception during check-in was very friendly, professional, and helpful, so our stay started on a positive note. The stay itself was fine, and we had no complaints about the room or the hotel facilities. Unfortunately, our experience changed completely after we checked out. In the rush to leave, we accidentally forgot a gift box in our hotel room. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the reception after we had left the hotel. Inside the gift box were some chocolates, an Armani wallet, and a tie. Eventually, the hotel was contacted, and the box was returned to us by Royal Mail. However, when we received it, the wallet and the tie were missing. Only the chocolates remained. We contacted Premier Inn about this, and they told us they were investigating the matter. Unfortunately, we still have not received any update or resolution. While the stay itself was satisfactory, this incident has completely overshadowed our experience. Because of how this situation has been handled, we have lost confidence in the hotel and do not believe we will stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bar area has a great ambiance about it! Right across the street from the shopping centre the location was brilliant. Not a single complaint. Will definitely be returning next time in Manchester.

We stayed here one night ready to go to the airport (a short blast down the motorway) early the following morning. The hotel was easy to find, nice stylish & comfortable. In a good spot for either the airport or the Trafford centre

We were on a shopping trip to Manchester and found the staff friendly and helpful. Food was good and our room was clean and bright and comfortable. We thought the shower was great! Plenty of room. Would go back.

Clean hotel

Hotel room was clean and bright. Shower good. Bathroom small but functional. Room was hot (unusually hot in Manchester!) asked for fan, brought up within 5 minutes. Only complaint, I found the staff courteous, but not helpful. When checking out, the guy on the desk said 'nothing to pay' and walked off. On the whole we would recommend hotel.
