Parking on the booking sites says free parking, however it is not free and you do need to pay to park. Rooms clean I did not have the breakfast. Staff friendly.

Clean room liked the idea of two duvets on the bed, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely polite. Good breakfast plenty of choices, I requested veggie/vegan sausage and it was we're freshly cooked for me. Unlimited teas and coffee available during the stay. Would definitely stay again.

Strange not having coffee making facilities in the room but reception had coffee machines available 24/7. Great location, close to Tram station and easy reach from city centre. Staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful.

We arrived for overnight stay as attending a concert , to a pleasant, professional reception from the staff . Informed of complimentary drinks available which was great . Very confident and competent staff. A great start. Reached our twin room which was spotless and 2xpillows result. Air-con easy to use . TV massive and a brilliant speaker to play choons whilst getting ready . Lots of plugs and different lighting to choose but the shower 10+ fabulous big overhead shower power perfect and so refreshing, with another shower head for general lower areas , really great . Lovely and big walk in too clean a fresh . Shower gel nice and soap by sink . Very up to date decor . Nice cotton reel graphic on wall classy . Great sleep beds comfy and felt new . Curtains blackout which we did!!! Breakfast was top tier , the choices ranged from make your own pancakes, cereals, continental choices , fresh fruits, pastries, bagels, bread , muffins , fresh juices which tasted squeezed not watery , cooked breakfast too , fabulous sausages great flavour, bacon not fatty an dripping in oil, hash browns crispy, tomatoes tinned delicious, mushrooms not slimy, egg’s scrabbled light fluffy, beans but don’t eat with tomatoes (my bag) . Washed down with coffee , tea from machine great flavour. The staff were constantly checking and replenishing the fresh produce great job . All an all very happy and great value . Parked overnight for £10 which was great and secure. Fabulous getaway.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the CO-OP live venue and because it has on site parking which only cost me £5 for 24 hours. Every aspect of the hotel lived up to expectations. Staff were charming and very helpful. Food was available to order at any time. We had pizza which was very tasty. I realised later that there is a McDonalds within walking distance but to be honest I’m glad we didn’t know and instead used the hotel dining availability. I can’t fault it and if I’m fortunate to be able to attend another concert at the CO-OP I’ll definitely stay here. We were able to walk back after the concert; 40 minutes but a lot better than trying to find and pay for a taxi! My only small criticism is the decision to forego in room tea making facilities. Free tea and coffee were available in reception but that doesn’t quite match the convenience of having a morning cuppa in bed! Apart from that, no complaints.
