“Lovingly cared for, clean, well equipped trailer in a gorgeous setting. Lots of fun details and friendly host who answered my texts quickly. It was a bit far from downtown Durango but we knew this ahead of time. The only drawback was the toilet became inaccessible once the second bed was assembled. Perfect place for a single person or couple not requiring a second bed. Main bed was large and very comfortable. Will happily recommend this location to others. ”

It got down below freezing overnight but the pellet stove kept us toasty warm and felt like sleeping by the fireplace. Mesa Verde was closed due to the government shutdown but after spending a week touring the Utah parks we were happy to have some relaxing downtime and this was the perfect place for it.
