「Robinson mall is undergoing renovations. It's located next to the hotel. Not much to offer in the mall. No designated smoking area except the open main street. No cover no shade just open sun or rain」

「Very nice overnight stay.」

「Some of the amenities described in the ad were not provided … some of the advertised kitchen appliances were not available …」

「THEY CANNOT FIND MY BOOKING FROM EXPEDIA AND THE ROOM WAS SO NOISY」

「Breakfast is great 」

「The room is clean, the bed is cozy...the price is good for traveler!」

「Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. 」

「Staff are really nice and accommodating. Considering the hotel being the oldest, it doesn’t look old at all. Hotel looks very classic and elegant. Very close to the pasalubong stores (Merzi and Bongbong’s). 30 minutes from the airport.」

「Huge room. Clean and nice」

「Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies」

「Staff are very helpful and friendly..the property is not good but its just ok for a minimal cost.standard room are so small to just fit in one small bed small stuff for every thing..including bathroom.hehehhe.」
