The upper floor hosts a bright and inviting living and dining area complete with a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living room featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, all complemented by a practical hatch. From this floor, you have direct access to a large terrace. The second upper floor is home to 2 additional bedrooms: the first contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 100 cm in length alongside 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, while the second bedroom features 1 double bed of the same configuration. A bath, shower, and WC serve this floor, and a balcony exit is also accessible from this level.
