“Had a great stay, very clean and comfortable. Dawn was wonderful.”

“Overall a good stay!The host was great—very responsive and even provided check-in details early when we noticed a discrepancy in the listed time (VRBO shows 3pm, but actual check-in is 4pm). The unit had plenty of dishes and essentials to eat off of, which was a nice touch.A few things to note: the AC unit is wall-mounted and doesn’t cool each room individually. The entrance has steep stairs, which might be difficult for some, and the location felt a bit off at first—just something to be aware……

“This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. ”

“Staying here was fantastic. Dean and Christine were very accommodating and provided many amenities that made the stay enjoyable and comfortable. As a temporary tenant for a month, I appreciated that they took many considerations into account for daily living, as well as answering questions and maintaining communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place, and I hope future tenants have the opportunity to experience daily life here as well. Thank you.”
