「Make sure you're not getting an upstairs unit if you're afraid have heights or have any mobility issues. The spiral staircase looks a little scary but was solid. We felt like we were in a hotel room. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.」

「This property is amazing if you’re traveling with the kids! I was very impressed with how kid focused it is, even though we didn’t have any older kids with us, just a 3 month old. The location was close to the beach so we walked to the beach & restaurants. The parking was street parking which made exploring a little harder out of fear of not being able to find parking closing by, we experienced this dilemma on our second night after returning from Disneyland. Uber is an option but not very...

「Our stay was great. The address isn’t marked well but it is located next to the United Artist Building.」

「The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.」

「The rental was exactly as pictured and described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The building is older but the unit itself is bright and airy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and addressed an issue we had immediately. Overall, a great stay and we'd be happy to stay in the unit again.」

「Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.」
