「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

「My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
