In regards to your concerns about hotels' limited amenities specifically the lack of mini-ref and microwave oven in our standard room set-up, may we politely inform you that Red Planet Hotels is an international chain of budget hotels, and our rooms indeed only have limited amenities when compared to similar properties in the area, however, we feel we provide good value given our central location, quality of beds, security, and the lowest room rate available in our area. We also believe that these were all explained to you by our team before you finalized the booking which you freely accepted and understood.
