Great and practical apartment, just a few minutes to the beach !!!

Great apartment just 5 minutes from the beach! The harbor with many restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. The nearest large supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away and has everything you need. Malaga Airport is only 45 minutes away by car.

There are over 70 golf courses on the coast and the hearts of surfers and kite surfers beat faster in Tarifa. Culturally interested travelers will also love this area and get their money's worth, be it the Alhambra in Granada, Seville or the white villages, just to name a few travel destinations.

I am happy to give you further information and tips on how to organize your stay on the Costa del Sol.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people (two bedrooms) and is suitable for young and old. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, small oven and washing machine. The apartment is bright and has a great view. The urbanization also has a swimming pool that the tenants can use. A separate, covered parking space also belongs to the apartment. It is a small but fine paradise.

Animals are not allowed.

You will be welcomed by my neighbors Diego and Ana Maria, who are also available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und der Promenade und auch zum belebten Hafen ist es nicht weit.

Muy buena experiencia en general

Hemos pasado 5 días geniales. Los vecinos, Diego y Ana, son las personas encargadas de enseñarte el apartamento a la llegada y en todo momento han estado muy pendientes de nosotros. Son un encanto!! El apartamento está muy bien, muy cerca de la playa y muy bien ubicado. Recomiendo comer en el chiringuito "Las Gaviotas" en dirección al puerto. Una experiencia para repetir.

Joli appartement spatieux et bien agencé,mais très mal isolé

At first glance we could have given a 5 star BUT already on the first day we had water on the kitchen floor coming out from the dishwashing machine and under the zink, later on even the washing machine was lackning on the floor. The stars fell down one by one but the prompt intervention of the neighbours made the situation acceptable though far from ideal. The draws of knives and forks fell apart so they had to be remouved. The bathroom is perfect but the lacking of water under the zink caused the presence of unavoidable silverfish on the floor and bathtube. The apartment is situated on the second floor, surrounded by other apartments in all 4 directions, rumors such as snooring people in the night and music after 23 hours was unavoidable due to tiny constructed walls and floors. You wanted our impressions and here they are. We knew from the beguinning that leaving our home we were loosing in standard and comfort but renting a place for 60 days one can not accept the kitchen standard. We can imagine that people renting for a week will never use the kitchen. In conclusion we are satisfied of staying for the whole period but reluctant to the idea of coming back again. A special mention to Ana-Maria and Diego for being present and always available, unfortunately that can not be said for the owner

Apartamento cómodo y tranquilo

Hemos pasado 15 días estupendos. El apartamento tiene de todo. Está muy cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, restaurantes, etc. Además tiene garaje y es muy cómodo aparcar. Nos recibieron sus vecinos Ana y Diego que han sido muy amables y nos ayudan durante toda la estancia. Espeamos volver.

Nos ha encantado, solo dos perqueños detalles, el aire acondicionado no está en el salón, pero si sopla el levante no es necesario. No hay wifi en la casa, pero se puede conseguir. Diego y Ana son atentos y hacen la estancia muy agradable.
