Positiv: - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Hotelrezeption / Gebäude insgesamt einladend und freundlich gestaltet - Das Frühstück vielfältig und sehr gut. - Die Lage ist auch gut. Negativ: - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Befleckter Teppichboden auf dem man sich nicht wohlfühlt. Bad fleckig und wirkt schmuddelig. Ebenfalls sind die frischen Handtücher teils befleckt oder schmutzig. Vorallem aufgrund der Sauberkeit würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Ansonsten Tipp: Hausschuhe oder Schlappen fürs Zimmer einpacken.

Sijainti oli hyvä, ratikalla pääsi helposti liikkumaan ja kävellen keskustaan myös lyhyt matka. Huone oli perussiisti ja aika iso. Sisustus kaipaisi päivitystä, esimerkiksi kokolattiamaton osalta. Hintalaatusuhde kuitenkin hyvä ja voisin yöpyä uudelleen.

Wir wurden sehr gut untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Hotel ist schön und modern und vor allem sehr zentral gelegen. Wenn wir wieder nach Mannheim kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten
