The host communicated early on that the tiny house is 18 miles from the Banks-Vernonia trail. 「Just one night with our 2 granddaughters. Clean inside and out. The room we reserved wasn’t available so we made due with the best option they had. A bit disappointed in that, but it turned out OK. It was perfect for our needs, which was mainly a pool!! The pool was great! Open till 11 and no one was there but us. Breakfast was a hit as well. Cool outdoor space as well.」

「The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. 」
