「The views were beautiful . The hospitality shown to my family was wonderful and for city kids they got to see some country help them to appreciate the hard work, put into their food and milk. They also had the privilege of collecting eggs, which is something they’ve never done. The perfect getaway regret that it was only one day.」

「Great price and location, comfortable with nice touches. Thank you!」

「Ken, the host, was awesome. The VRBO website wouldn’t allow us to modify our reservation, but Ken handled what VRBO couldn’t. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and guided us to the perfect locations that met all our requests. The apartment had every amenity we needed. Hopeful to hear details on the dates for the haunted trail they host in the fall.」

「They property was exactly as described. I gave a good only because you could hear the tenants upstairs walking around and a child screaming down the hall a lot. Pam has no control over those things. What she can control was great」

「Wonderful experience staying at this property. The host was very welcoming and communicative. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host checked in regularly to ensure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend this property to others.」

「Lovely property in old historic building. It was decorated beautifully, and gets an A in cleanliness. It would be nice to have a couple of hooks to hang clothes since there is no closet. The loft bed was great, but as an older person, it would be nice to have a grab bar in the wall by the bed as you climb into it. Also, a couple of folding luggage racks to hold suitcases so they would not have to be on the floor. It was the perfect place for our two day stay and I would definitely stay...

「Very roomy and yard is spacious. Nice and close to Corning, good walk if you don't mind walking uphill on the way back. Neighbourhood was nice and extremely quiet. It was a great stay」

「We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed being close to everything!」

「This was a fabulous place to stay. We were only there one night but wished we stayed longer. Great location for the PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Sorings and Wellsboro. If we’re ever up that way again I would definitely stay at The Rough Cut.」

「Little and efficient, a good home base for our adventures. Great for 2 people and had a very comfy little reading chair that I would love in my own home!」
