“The property location was convenient and walkable to the boat rentals, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. Kelly and Tony were responsive with any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions. The place had amazing views and strong central air conditioning. We were unable to connect our phones to the TV and didn’t bring laptops to connect via HDMI, but had a great time watching older movies that were playing on cable late in the evening. ”

“To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy. “The check-in process was easy, and the person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and we loved the balcony being next to the lake. It was quite peaceful. The jetted tub was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, and the timer for the bathroom light was annoying. The bathroom did not have a regular on/off switch. The room was in a quiet, secluded part of the property. We were close to downtown Chelan as well as other enjoyable spots. The……

“The property was absolutely amazing. The room size was perfect for my husband and I. The jetted tub in the room will be the very reason I visit again, along with the fact that when you walk out on the balcony, the views are breathtaking. It’s safe to say this was a perfect place to stay and an amazing place to visit.”
