Escape to this spacious 1700 square foot Townhouse Condo with private hot tub in picturesque Wapato Point Resort along the pristine shorelines of Lake Chelan. 512A is located close to the outdoor pool and less than 3 blocks to sandy beach waterfront amenities. Only 1 block to the indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, tennis/pickleball courts, grocery store and Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Tasting Room. Includes use of multiple sandy beach waterfront parks, boat moorage, children's activity center, mini-golf, on-site watercraft rentals and more. Less than 3 blocks to downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, shopping, coffee shops, night life and close to Mill Bay Boat Launch & Casino. Only 7 miles to downtown Chelan amenities.

My family has been vacationing at Wapato Point for years, We loved the unit's space and layout for 6 adults and 2 small children. We were comfortable and not cramped. The hottub was a nice touch. The kitchen was filled with every needed utensil and the gas bbq worked well.The bed in the master suite was comfortable. I gave this stay 3 stars. Walking into the unit the very first time, and almost every time thereafter, the front door was cranky and difficult to unlock and open. Frequently we could not open the door without several frustrating pushes. The other reason is the furniture. This was thrid rate stuff. worn out, beat up, and truly not a comfortable seat in the house or the lanai. We are regular guests at Wapato, this furniture was the worst, especially for the premium price paid for the unit. I would not recommend this unit unless these items are addressed by the management company.

Overall was OK. Good location, enough space. Good to have some sports equipment provided. Door was hard to open. Knob kept sticking. Had to really push on it to open. Ad said beach towels were provided but they were not. Interior needs to be updated.

Property was very clean and well organized. Kitchen was stocked with very adequate cooking utensils etc. view is t fabulous . At the point close to water front. Walking distance to winery. Loved the morning sun rise looking over the lake. Love that this area is almost residential in feel but also at the lake. Safe for families
