"My first room was clean except for the bathroom. The toilet had excrement on the seat. The front office was nice until I asked them to clean the room. Once I mentioned it, they asked me why it took so long to report it. There was no one to clean it so they switch my room. AC was a blast. lol hot tub, steam room were amazing. Sauna was not working properly. "

"Staff was fine. The room and bathrooms of both rooms smelled bad. The hot water for hot chocolate had black stuff in it. I had to pay for another room somewhere else due to not feeling satisfied with a Hikton facility. "
