「The listing is filled with misinformation. When we checked in the so called kitchen floor was wet The property does not have 5 bedrooms, the property does not have a full kitchen, there is no stove, there is no game room just a broken air hockey game and the main bedroom had no foundation on the king size bed. 「Very clean and description is very accurate.」

「Very beautiful huge house! My family and I had a wonderful time and the communication with the host was always spot on. We had one issue from the previous renters but the host took care of it as soon as we let them know and we had the best time. Will definitely book this house again!」

「The house was in a very good location perfect for what I needed for visiting family this week.」

「First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here.」

「I recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Houston.」

「Our overall stay was satisfactory, except for a few minor issues with the kitchen appliances and electrical outlets in the main bathroom.」

「2nd floor unit, unit does not sleep 6 as stated. It's a 2 bedroom with an air mattress that was not operable. Sofa is not a sleeper sofa. Some Kitchen accessories were broken or not functional, remote to bedroom was broken, not」

「Beautiful, spacious, clean home!! Looked like a new house inside...immaculate, smelled great, cold AC, nice clean/comfy beds, and great amenities like washer/dryer, stove, huge fridge...all stainless steel appliances. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms...every little detail made this property have an "at home" comfort feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host, and easy to access/check in. Also, really good location, just off Hwy 45 ..easy to get to and super quiet,...

「Would stay again.」

「The house was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed.」

「Met all our expectations lovely home.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Kozy Cottage! The historic location and property are full of old-world charm. The home was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a comfortable fit for our family of five, including our 6-year-old. The hosts, Cameron and Caprice, were incredibly considerate and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.」

「Hands down best VRBO stay I've ever had! And I have had many! Safe neighborhood, great amenities, and very clean. Beds were comfy and the decor was perfect. The host makes you really feel at home and we felt the care and attention to details and comfort the entire stay. There was everything we could need and more. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.」
