「The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. 「This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. 「Had to recheck my booking when I discovered it was a basement apartment. I don’t think I would have chosen. It was quite adequate just not to our liking. You can hear toilets flush, babies crying, walking across floor. All quite normal just not to our liking. Handrail needs to be added as we were all well into our sixties and seventies. Lamps and rugs would help tremendously. Completely renovated space just lacking basic amenities.」
