    Spacious 5-bedroom Manyana beach house with panoramic ocean views & private balconies. Walk to boat ramp. Perfect for multiple families enjoying coastal living. Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

    The Space:

    The Location - Located in laid back Manyana this property is perfect for a coastal getaway - sit back on the deck with a book and soak up the sun and enjoy the coastal breeze or head down to the beach for a swim or surf. The boat ramp is located just minutes away!



    The House - Relax on the deck, with stunning panoramic ocean views right down the coast!



    This beautiful beach house is perfect for 2 - 3 families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas on both levels. The downstairs area also has a kitchenette/bar area and a ping pong table - great retreat for the kids! Wifi is available also!



    The fully equipped kitchen is great to whip up scrumptious meals for the family. You can enjoy a morning brew with the Nespresso Coffee Machine, please use only compatible pods LOR or Nespresso.



    Laundry facilities are located downstairs for your use; washing machine & dryer, iron/ironing board and a drying rack.



    The garage has been recently converted to a small home gym with weight machine for your use



    This property is pet friendly, however the property is not fully fenced. Please BYO pet bed, bowls etc



    Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

    Linen hire is available, please contact South Coast Linen Hire for assistance.

“I stayed at this property with my family for two days and two nights, and seriously, it was the best tour of my life and one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in. The cooking experience was amazing; they have a special barbecue setup, and you can even use your own if you want, which I did. The view from the balcony is just the ocean, so in a nutshell, the house is extraordinary and the experience was fantastic. We actually wanted to stay another day or two because we loved it so much, but we had work commitments, so we couldn’t extend. Hopefully, next time, I can go back with my family very soon. That’s all! Thanks!”

Perfect spot to either relax and do nothing or bush/beach walk. Close enough to town for a day out but far enough away to escape 😁 Loved it!!! And so did all my friends!

Stunning location and beautiful spacious house. We Had a wonderful family time together.There were some probs tho- the gas heater, TV and induction stove did not work (perhaps that was due to lack of instructions). In any case, they did not work for us over a winter weekend.

Great house in a wonderful position overlooking the sea. Cleanliness of all areas of the house was extremely poor. Not up to the standard of previous holiday houses we have stayed in.

Amazing Accomodation

We were so impressed with this accomodation, it was exactly as stated. The 5 bedroom allowed our adult children their own space. The hammock was a huge hit and in the perfect spot overlooking the ocean. The ping pong table was a bonus and the spacious living areas were perfect. The grass area overlooking the beach was divine to sit back and relax while near the water. The short walk to the beach fabulous and watching the sunrise and dolphins from our deck was spectacular.We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this property.

Trails and trails of ants all over kitchen bench tops, inside cabinets, appliances etc. Rang the property manager who instructed me to spray them…said they would arrange a cleaner to attend …..never heard back from them again.

This house was amazing for a large group (with lots of teenagers). The set up and bedroom confirguration was great and there was lots of space for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was well equipped and made feeding everyone very easy. On the last morning we say dolphins from the balcony which was a real treat!

Cockroach Haven

Great location, nice house (even allowing for unfinished renovations) that is in need of a little Tender Loving Care. Only real downside was the German Cockroach infestation. The Kitchen was literally crawling with them. We contacted the agent whose response was to send another can of surface spray around. Thanks for that, that made 3 cans of surface spray we went through. Did not think we would be required to do pest control but it was really unnerving each night. Not really what we paid for but as stated above, with a bit of TLC could be a very nice place to stay.

Great location, excellent Holiday set-up

Our group consisted of several singles and a couple with a bub, so the downstairs area was perfect for them. The couple pretty much had separate living quarters so didn't feel like bub was going to wake everyone up early as they had their own space. The house is well equipped and very comfy, and the perfect deck for quiet reading or enjoying a relaxing beer as the waves create the soundtrack.

Fantastic spot

This house has the best spot and we had a fantastic holiday but it definitely needs a little maintenance. The doors and fly screens need fixing and some of the cupboards inside. Other than that we loved it.
