"This condo was perfect! A clean, quiet and cozy get away. This place has everything you need and more. Kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautifully done. Puzzles, books and games on hand for guests. The view of the river was amazing and perfect for watching birds and the sunsets with a glass of coffee and/or wine. It's just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Secure/gated parking. We definitely have this written down as a place to visit again."

"This little unit was very clean, had a wonderful view, and management was very responsive to our needs. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! We met several of the condo owners at the complex because it was the weekend they meet and work on the place, and everyone seemed very interested in keeping the place nice. "I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable."

"Stayed with my young daughter and some friends. The place was very clean and had very comfortable furniture. The only negative I would say is the kitchen was slightly lacking in cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring what you need. Location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place was amazing. The description was spot on. The view when you walk in takes your breath away. I love the ocean and I was able to see it from my bedroom, the kitchen, living room and deck. It took 3 minutes to w as ok to the beach. It was clean and smelled nice. Ou can walk to a great Hackett and little conscience grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

Still uncomfortable, hopefully they will resolve for future guests. "The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."
