About this property
Off grid tranquillity with beautiful views and no other house in sight
- Dramatic sustainable house designed for his own dwelling and holiday rental by Philip Boorman who has many awards for his outstanding Architectural work and furniture designs.
Located on the escarpment in the centre of the 125 acre site. This privileged isolation has allowed the house design to be opened to the expansive surrounding valley and mountains by the extensive use of timber framed bi-fold doors and windows. Solar panels generate the power supply and roof water is collected in tanks for filtered reuse within the home.

The Lodge is located 3 mins to the mountain village of Mapleton and:

30 mins to the beaches of the Sunshine Coast - Coolum Beach, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolaba
