We enjoyed our stay here in Mapleton. The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, up to date, private entry, spacious living and kitchen area and the rooms were perfect for us. We will for sure rent here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Great stay

This property is centrally located in Mapleton which makes for easy access to local areas of interest. The rental property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is spacious and the beds were quite comfortable; the kids loved having the bunkbed. Any issues that popped up (needing dishwasher soap, updated wifi password, etc.) were quickly resolved by Kodey. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this space to anyone.

Home Away From Home

My wife and I needed a quiet, convenient place to sleep and clean-up while serving as background extras for The Chosen. We did not want a pool or any frills, just quiet and comfort. We found it in this basement apartment in Mapleton, Utah, about half an hour from the Motion Picture Outdoor Set in Goshen. This seems like a relatively new Vrbo which could use a few enhancements, like a hand held shower, coat hooks, alternative bedding, etc. but for just the two of us, it worked out fine. My only suggestion would be for the stairwell entrance to be cleaned out occasionally. It did not make a good first impression and was not cleaned all week. Of course, we couldn't help but track the debris in the stairwell into the unit.

Very Nice - BASEMENT Apartment

Pros: Property was very clean and modern. Nice construction, good lighting. In-unit temperature control (thermostat) easy to use, worked great. Included most needed supplies and a few extras (e.g. Keurig machine, sodas in the fridge, microwave popcorn, candies on the counter, etc.). Access to the space was secure and private. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds very comfortable. Spacious and nice bathroom/shower. In-unit basketball hoop-shoot game, mini-ping-pong table, and multiple games. Includes free WiFi, and the TV had both Disney+ and Netflix ready for use. Psuedo access to hot tub. Cons: (Why I won't rate it a 5) The listing gives the impression we are renting an entire house, typical for VRBO. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, IT IS ONLY A BASEMENT APARTMENT, and, in an occupied home (there is movement overhead). This was disconcerting for us. On a related note: 'their' hot tub does not feel accessable at all - located on 'their' back porch, off of the home's main floor. We felt like we would be intruding, with little privacy, and ended up not using, which was a HUGE let down. The Keurig machine only had Coffee packets (would have liked HC/Tea). There was a general lack of linens/supplies. Sleeps 6, yet only 4 bath towels. Not quite enough bedding. No tissues, limited TP. No broom. At least one used hand towel under bathroom sink. Shower "screams" when running. But the kicker, was finding standing water in the kitchen sink when we arrived.

Clean, neat, spacious

This is a newly built basement apartment, with steps down to the unit. It is very clean and spacious, and very open. The basketball nets are fun! There are people living above, and also there is a bedroom right off the unit by the bathroom that is occupied by those upstairs. Very convenient for our purposes.

Clean, Spacious and Fun!

The property was clean, and spacious; we really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of activities and games that kept us occupied in the evenings while in the unit. My daughter and I had a ball with the table tennis! I felt safe coming and going in the evening. The only less than stellar thing was that I do not recall the description stating it was the basement of an occupied home. Or that there were exterior stairs to access the unit. You can definitely hear voices and footsteps from above. Knowing that, I really liked the space and would stay here again if in the area.

Great place!

Clean and comfortable place to land on a wedding weekend, we had cousins in an Vrbo nearby and were able to walk between houses. Hosts were chill and accommodating, responded to my questions quickly and made it an easy weekend:)

Loved the apartment.

It was the perfect location. We went back and forth to Provo, Spanish Fork and Payson and it was within minutes of all of them. Really cute colors and style. Comfortable beds. Nice large TV and living room couch. Large kitchen. Loved the colors. Thank you.

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!

This property is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay. It is immaculate and very beautifully designed and decorated. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. Our family loved the extra touches such as ping pong, games, basketball, all the steaming options, hot cocoa machine, and cozy linens. The owners were always accommodating and responsive. We hope this place is available the next time we are here to visit! Wish we could give more than 5 stars!
