"We've just returned from 2 weeks in Gleybis' Villa and had a wonderful time. Gleybis is extremely helpful, easily contactable for information/help and replies very quickly. The outside space of the Villa is one of the best we have stayed at, and we have stayed in a lot of Villas abroad. The pool is a good size, the grass is beautifully maintained and the bar area with sink is excellent for outdoor dining. We didn't use the wood fired Pizza oven or BBQ but they are useful additions. "Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Carlas Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die Aussenküche und Aussendusche waren toll bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in/Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige tolle Strände die per Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder."

"Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus war sauber, alles nötige vorhanden und eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Netterweise stand frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die Küche und die Bäder schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber sonst fühlten wir uns sehr wohl"

"Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! "The house is on the hill. There is very nice small garden with nice flowers in bloosom. There is privacy but if you wish there are some neighbours also nearby in other houses. House is well equipted with all for cooking, cleaning if you need and the owners are very nice italian people, who are very helpful. "Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Bequeme Gartencouch und Außendusche. 1,2km zum Strand. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten daher auch zu noch abgelegeneren Stränden ohne Auto. Pizzeria direkt gegenüber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Michele. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt."
