「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. 「The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. 」

「Noemi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to assist us. She found taxis for us and helped us order from local restaurants. "I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel during my time in Cusco. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the journey — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with arrangements, recommendations, and support after long hiking days. One thing that really stood out was the laundry service. It was fast, efficient, and the quality was excellent, which made a huge difference after returning from trekking. The hotel environment was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Located in the charming San Blas area, it provided the perfect atmosphere to recharge and rest after intensive hikes around Cusco and Machu Picchu. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable, quiet, and genuinely welcoming stay in Cusco."
