Quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed the beautifully screened in porch. We rented kayaks from Florida keys kayak and standup paddle board in Marathon. They were excellent to work with. They delivered kayaks directly to our vacation house. We paddled the waterways daily. Much fun!

Great house in peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house lived up to the description in the listing. It would be well suited for two couples with seperate master bed rooms and bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would mention is there is a serious flight of steps up to the front door, which could be an issue for some. We had no problem however.

This place is noy even close to a VRBO acceptable property. The Property Managing Company, Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys is below acceptable as well. Please issue a full refund for this old, dirty and lacking property. I can provide pictures to support this review.

So glad we explored this part of the United States

3 minor issues: A couple of kitchen drawers were actually quite dirty and contained completely rusted useless tools; The ice cube trays were stacked together in the laundry room but were stored while wet so there was mold in them; the iron was stored in a closet and not emptied of the water so it was sitting in a pool of water on top of a tub. The welcoming basket and note were very nice! Having laundry soap and so many other small items made the visit more pleasant.
