Winter break

We had a wonderful time! Property was perfect for our group. Dock and pool were just right and so fun for boating and fishing! Kitchen was good for cooking. Could use some condiments and basics- salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic. But plenty of pots/dishes. Beds and baths were great. Location was ideal! Manager was very responsive.

This place is awesome! And so Well Equipped!

Loved this place! Came down for a holiday getaway with the family and was perfect for all of us. Unit was well equipped with kayaks, bicycles and all of the water toys for us to not to have to bring a lot of extra with us (perfect for flying in as we did) and since we rented a boat for the week, it made it easy to go out fishing and diving but just jumping on a going. Also, Kitchen had everything we needed, and the heated pool was perfect for the granddaughter! Merideth and the Pineapple Properties team were a pleasure to deal with as well. Overall, couldn't have asked for more!

A blast with bikes & kayaks

We enjoyed biking almost every day along with kayaking almost every day when it wasn't raining or windy. We also really enjoyed the lighted sidewalks for evening walks to the beach. Paying the extra for the pool heat was well worth it as our weather was not the warmest but still a wonderful week in the keys. The little things like having toilet paper, dishwashing soap, dish soap and soap for every bathroom really is a wonderful touch as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Marathon. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, toys and the stand up paddle boards as well. The pans for cooking were also excellent. Thanks again.

Family Keys Trip

This house is one of the best we have rented. I was very impressed with everything that was provided—t. paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, bath soap, pool towels and kitchen items. Most rental provide enough for one or two days, but we had enough for a week stay. The house was tastefully furnished, and the pool and tiki hut was a favorite spot for us. It was too hot to ride the bikes, but the kayaks and paddle boards were used. Meredith was great-always answered the phone immediately. The one issue that we had was resolved the same day. I highly recommend this rental.

We just returned from our week vacation in Marathon. The house was perfect for our family, we had 9 people and it was very spacious. The bedrooms were nice size. The house was very clean and had everything you would need for the week. Everyone in our group was happy with the arrangements. The outside was also clean, the pool and Tiki Hut was perfect for our nights. We didn’t bring our boat this time but there was a boat dock. Next time we are bringing the boat. Meredith was very helpful, always available for any issues. Which there weren’t any. We will definitely be back Thank you again for everything

Fantastic property, located close to the beach, shopping, and other attractions. The house was clean and well-supplied with thoughtful items for a great vacation (beach chairs, pool toys, bait freezer, filet table, kayaks, bikes, paddle boards, etc. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend for a family getaway. Pinnaple property management communicated well and resolved a few very minor issues right away. Cons: couch and rug are getting tired and need to be replaced soon, a few loose chairs at the kitchen table.

Excellent location/Fabulous Home

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it! The location is perfect - near shopping, restaurants, attractions and a beach at the end of the street. It was well appointed and very clean. The private pool and tiki hut were the icing on the cake. Meredith was easy to communicate with and very timely responses. I would highly recommend this home and may go back soon!

Central Florida Keys Vacation Hub

The property was awesome and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Having Publix on the same side of the main Route 1 made all catering logistics a breeze. Marathon had many options to eat, play and explore the keys going North or South with ease. Having a heated pool was great and comfortable early till late.

Perfect week away with the family

This place was the perfect get away for our family. It's close to Sombrero beach but yet close to town. The pool and tiki area were great and having a grill down there made it the perfect hang out. The house was stocked with everything you need and then some. Our family enjoyed having the bikes, paddleboards and kayaks and exploring the island that way as well. If we make it down to Marathon again, we would rebook this property.

Great vacation!

We were pleasantly surprised that it was as nice as it looked online. We had 8 adults and were all very comfortable. The pool and tiki hut were awesome as well as the bikes and kayaks. It was just a short walk to beautiful sombrero beach. It was nice to not worry about bringing beach towels and pool toys. We took the kayaks out and caught mangrove snapper, grunts, & catfish right in the canal. It was a great vacation property and we hope to rent it again!

Great stay

We had an awesome time staying at this house. There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. Meredith was absolutely wonderful to deal with and responded to us right away with everything. We spent so much time in the pool and fishing off of the dock. We even had a manatee come right up to us. The kayaks and paddle boards were great to have as well. The house is in a great location, close to everything. When we were there, the Sombrero Beach wasn’t great, but we had the pool anyway. I would definitely recommend staying here.
