Excellent location, beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Osprey apartment, the view was incredible and the bed was comfy! Captain Pips is definitely older but it is perfectly charming with great amenities. Definitely go on a Spirit Snorkeling excursions They also have a great gift shop with everything you would need! ! We would stay there again for sure.

This place exceeded our expectations, with just about the perfect Keys ambience. Spacious, comfortable room, outdoor chairs and picnic tables facing the marina, available included bikes and kayaks (and easily accessed trails, but the gear was worn), very nice little pool, included parking right at your room and a fun beach-vibed restaurant/bar.

Good location, right at the 7mi bridge. Very quiet at night. Lots of amenities on location - convenience store, restaurant, boat rentals, bicycles, plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the kitchen was nice to have.

We had a good stay - the room was clean and was very well equipped. We were able to park outside our block and there is a very good restaurant and bar next door. We would return. The only suggestion would be for more seating outside. We like to eat outside but all the table and chairs were outside other blocks snd it didn’t seem right to sit outside someone’s space
