Inside, the open-concept design offers a spacious kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living area, wet bar with island, and dining spaceperfect for entertaining. You'll find plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day on the water.

Currently, the home offers three peaceful bedrooms located on the opposite side of the living room. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool. Down the hall, two guest bedroomseach with king-sized beds and flat-screen TVsshare a full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located off the dining area. The new 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom will be located off the kitchen where the formal dining room was previously. Stay tuned for new photos coming in Jan 2026.

Step outside and you'll find fantastic outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the heated pool shaded by two large umbrellas, unwind with a book on the screened-in porch with ceiling fans, or sway in the hammock beneath the Tiki hut.

For fishing enthusiasts, this home is a dream. The dock offers power, water, a fish cleaning station, and a bait freezer. A gas grill is also available for cooking up your catch. Bring your boatthere's a 35 ft dock, trailer parking, and room for three vehicles. With easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic via nearby Vaca Cut, the location is ideal for boating adventures.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
