Billing policies are unconvincing hidden cost. I find offensive. Resort view of the ocean fantastic. Breakfast crew tricky I’ve never paid five dollars to upgrade from toast to a bagel. Not the end of the world just I don’t like tricky and yes, I paid the extra five bucks. I booked my first night through Expedia and came up with a different net price on arrival, I ordered two queen beds. I got one queen bed and a couch not cool.

Everything was perfect. Accommodated our late flight this late check in. Room was cool when we walked in which was very nice after a very humid night drive. Easy to access for parking, and the beach view was amazing. Didn’t get up early enough for breakfast and were always out too late for the dinner at the restaurant but it looked nice lol. Lovely stay thank you

Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas sacamos las habitaciones con anticipación y todos pagamos la misma cantidad de dinero y las habitaciones nada que ver con las fotos nada de vista al mar , nos dieron las de atrás del hotel , y sin las confusiones que decía en la descripción , y n la piscina no se podía ni escuchar música bajita , el baño de la piscina horrible y en muy malas condiciones , tienen que remodelar no hay luces exteriores en ningún lugar . En general muy mala experiencia y una lástima porque tiene muy buena vista al mar pero no quieren invertir en el , no había ningún personal solo una persona en carpeta y con muy poca información sobre todo

Si lo q estás buscando es pasar un buen rato en familia o pareja, recomiendo mucho esta instalación, La cocina estaba genial, puedes cocinar sin tener que llevar ningún utensilio, fuimos de pesca y cocinamos los pescados q agarramos súper delicioso. La habitación en general bastante limpia cómoda y acogedora lo único q no me gustó fue la tina de hidromasaje estaba demasiado caliente, recomiendo q le bajen la temperatura, acá hay un restaurante lo único q está un poco caro.

We arrived tired and couldnt wait to relax. We checked in and had a little trouble finding the room. Walking down the pathway to the room it was full of black mold and smelled like it. I wasnt expecting the Ritz but at 140.00 a night you would think the place would at least be clean. There was a table and chairs on a small platform outside the room that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a couple of yrs. The floor in the bedroom was dirty and the pillowcases had stains of rust on them. We took a walk to the pool area and around the inside was green mold. At this point we decided this was not a place to spend 2 nights. We went back to the office and told Skyler we wanted our money back and that we took pics of the area and room. She called the manager who ended up being the owners daughter who was very rude and told us she would only refund 1 night and if we wanted another room it would be $239.00. We both laughed and said no thanks, keep it. Sad that we booked this through Expedia. I will be calling them to report our incident. You would be wise to travel a bit further down the road for $22.00 more you can stay in a clean, free breakfast, Fairfield Inn and Suites. Lastly the owners should be ashamed of themselves that they dont know what a little bleach might do. I do have pics but theres no place to upload.

Great hotel right on the seafront. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and very clean. Breakfasts are good, which is a big plus. During our stay it was seaweed season, and the smell was quite strong, but it wasn’t a major problem.
