Balcony has propane grill and outdoor table and chairs for six. Balcony area overlooks pool and canal in back yard. Available boat dockage space. Boat trailer can be stored in front yard. Close to a public boat ramp. Ramp is at corner of Aviation Blvd. and Harbor Dr. Fish cleaning station, water and electric outside on dock. Bait freezer on carport. Minutes from beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Vaca cut access to the Atlantic Ocean. Minutes to restaurants and shopping. Owner may be on property in lower unit. If owner is present no interaction with guests will occur unless guest initiate. Self check-in with key pad on front door. Guest have one flight of stairs to climb to home.
