This is an older place but it was clean. The hot tub is wonderful and the pool is great and clean. Other reviews mention stairs and there are an outside one as well as a spiral one inside. We didn’t have any problems but some might. We are already talking about staying here next year.

Coco plum resort —key colony!

It was an old resort, but everything inside was updated. Everything was new. Bathrooms were great. Very clean. Met all of our needs. Pool was excellent hot tub, good and working but old beautiful views on the beach would definitely stay here again, thank you I can’t remember the name of the place.

We stayed at what could be described as the most quiet resort you could find. The beach was very clean. If you know the Keys, there's a seaweed problem around January. A tractor moved it everyday. A nice hot tub on the premises. Each unit had a washer dryer. Very spacious units. Unique design.

Coco Plum Beach

We were upgraded to beachfront when we arrived due to some onsite construction. We were very appreciative of the move. It made our stay there even better. The staff members were helpful and visible throughout our week-long stay. The property was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. My only warning/suggestion for those looking into these units is to be sure you can climb stairs. The units are a flight up off the ground and then the bedrooms and bathrooms are another flight up a spiral staircase.
