Penzance centre, beach, supermarkets, and petrol stations all within easy driving distance. Good value and property is well-equipped and nicely furnished. The cottage is located right next to the Community golf course and a short distance walk to Tehidy Country which is ideal for dog walks. It is 5 min drive to the village of Portreath with a lovely beach for surfing, exploring a Smugglers Cave and rock pools.
