San Pedro playa: Beautiful apartment block "Las Adelfas". In the resort 400 m from the centre of San Pedro de Alcantara, 3 km from the centre of Puerto Banus, 7 km from the centre of Marbella, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, 2 swimming pools (40 x 20 m, depth 5 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking. Bus stop "Boulevard San Pedro" 900 m, sandy beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
