We had a really great stay at this property with Banus Rentals. It’s a solid 4-star stay that could easily be a 5-star with a little investment.The greats:Fantastic location, great water pressure, quiet building, easy parking, nice views, and very comfortable beds. Banus Rentals’ communication was truly 5-star — their directions for finding the property and their response time were outstanding. I would definitely book with Banus Rentals again when returning to the area. The not-so-greats:The sectional and coffee table base need a thorough cleaning. The coffee pot was tiny, only one pillow per person was provided, and the lighting was very bright with no dimmers. The welcome package was very minimal (1 dishwasher tab, 1 laundry tab, 1 sponge, 1 dishcloth), and each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper with no extras. There were no additional cleaning supplies or garbage bags for a week-long stay. There is no coffee, spices, oils, etc. Fortunately, with the department store El Corte Inglés next door, it was easy to stock up on what we needed.Overall, the negatives were minor, and we still really enjoyed our stay. We do recommend this property — these small improvements would easily elevate it to a full 5-star experience. We were in Marbella for Ironman WC 70.3 and the location for the race was perfect.
