Wonderful apartment, lovely host

The apartment was just what we needed, perfect for our family of 5. The location is great for accessing bars and restaurants and Marbella Old Town. Maria was a lovely host and was on hand to help with any questions and was always checking up on us to make sure our stay was going well. The hotel itself was in need of some redecoration but this was our only complaint

Schönes Appartement

Wir waren Ende Oktober 1 Woche in dem Appartment von Maria, Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr gut und sie hat sich immer sehr bemüht, alle Anliegen schnell zu klären. Das Appartement liegt schön zentral. Man ist fußläufig schnell an der Strandpromenade, oder auch in Marbella Stadt. Was leider in der Beschreibung des Appartements fehlt, ist die Tatsache, dass der Pool in diesem Komplex nur von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September nutzbar ist. Aufgrund unserer Kinder war der Pool ein großes Auswahlkriterium bei der Urlaubsauswahl des Appartements. In der Ausschreibung wird das leider überhaupt nicht erwähnt. Fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass uns Maria einen Alternativpool in einem anderen Komplex angeboten hat. Das Appartement ist im Erdgeschoss ziemlich dunkel und auch auf der Terrasse (die eingezäunt ist) kommt nicht viel Licht in die Räume. Die Nachbarn über dem Appartement sind sehr laut bzw. der Komplex ist hellhörig. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Nur die temporäre Poolnutzung (nur Sommer) sollte unserer Meinung nach definitiv in der Ausschreibung stehen.

Super cozy and perfect location

We went to Marbella with friends for a weekend. The apartment was just as the photos and the location was super. Maria was helpful and easy to get in contact with. We instantly felt like home and will for sure be back. To be able to start the day with a lovely morning walk along the beach and follow it with a nice breakfast in the sun at the terrace - couldn't be better. Close to everthing - we will for sure be back

Great Location & excellent stay for Family of 6

Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The underground parking was tight for a mid size car so I preferred to park for free on the street and had no problem getting a spot. The laundry line outside leaves a bit to be desired as it is not in the sun and the washer/dryer machine does not produce heat for drying so laundry was an issue. We really enjoyed or stay here. All the beds were very comfortable and the patio outside was a very comfortable area to relax. The grocery stores nearby are excellent and our favourite was the Supermercado in the El Corte Inglés Loved Marbella Thanks Maria

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Ausgangslage

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Ausgangslage. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Maria ist rund um eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer erreichbar und versucht ihr bestes, um evtl. Dinge zu regeln. Im Winter etwas kühl, da nur durch Klimaanlage beheizbar und diese war ausgefallen. Wir hatten aber zwei Elektrische Heizungen erhalten und war ausreichend. Da es eine Wohnanlage ist, muss man aber mit Geräuschen von Nachbarn rechnen. Wir hatte das Pech, dass über uns eine Familie wohnte, die regelmäßig um 2-3 Uhr nachts laut waren. Man kann hier den Guard informieren , der für die Anlage zuständig ist und vermittelt. Allerdings müssten wir dies öfter in Anspruch nehmen. Wie gesagt, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und Maria können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Mit Geräuschen der anderen Nachbarn sollte man aber rechnen und ggf. über Guard Hilfe suchen. Maria hat noch andere Wohnung in der Vermittlung und wir werden sicherlich wieder darauf zurück kommen. Lieben Dank

Absolutely Perfect!

We booked the apartment as a family of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. Decorated with incredible taste, maintained to the highest degree and a perfect location for our needs with all the boxes ticked within walking distance. Maria was a great host and we will definitely be back in touch to rebook. We highly recommend the Italian restaurant Ilcontro for a great meal and Cafe Del Ronda for an amazing brunch.

Had an amazing stay. The apartment and complex was very clean and very well decorated. The location of the property is amazing. 2 min walk to beach and supermarket and taxi rank. property was well maintained and enjoyed the gardens and plantings.it was in a good location.

Our apt was just the right size and attractive. Our problem was with the noise from upstairs neighbours with young children with considerable yelling and crying until 12pm.Called reception the first night about 11;30 and they were told to be quiet.Unfortunately the following night I had to go to their door at 12 to tell them to be quiet.Not pleasant! They were told on 2 other occasions about the late night noise.We had to deal with noise until 10:30 -11pm for the rest of our stay. Would say this ruined our overall experience of staying at Marbella House even though we really liked the apartment otherwise. Some of our group used the onsite fitness room and felt it was dark and not looked after.The squash courts were in unusable condition.They thought it should not be promoted and they used the facility in the plaza to the south. Our Home Away rep Maria Kossery did her best to deal with the noise issue but a big part of the problem there is no sound barrier between units.

Jättefint område, men......

Bilderna stämmer ej överens med verkligheten, mycket mer slitet inne i lägenheten, absolut ingen lyxkänsla. Hängande elsladdar med tejp, bänkskiva lös och mycket annat som skulle behövas en uppfräschning. Väldigt kallt fast ac på 30 grader. Det utlovades pool, vilket det också fanns men som var stängd de fyra dagarna solen sken. Var där på höstlovet med våra 2 barn som sett framemot att hänga vid poolen. På bilderna fanns även en annan pool på bild, men den existerade inte ( måste varit ett annat område )

Fantastic service and friendliness

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. We are a family of 5 (2 teenagers and a 10year old). We enjoyed the premesis and the sorroundings. The apartment is great for families. And we experienced superior service from Maria. She greeted us at the complex and was helpful with showing us around the Apartment and all the amenities. One minor thing is that the pool was only open from 11AM to 17PM. However, during that time we were told not to make noice between 13PM and 16PM due to siesta (from an old lady sleeping by the pool). There were no place within the complex to run around for our kids and play with a ball. The location is perfect - you are close to everything, Great local restaurants, shopping, and the old town, the Beach and more. We had fun driving segways on the Beach board walk.

Holiday with friends

There were 6 of us coming to Marbelaa and we were all looking forward to the trip... flight went well and the transfer but then we arrived at the apartment... The photos do not give a true impression of the apartment.. It is is need of a seriously good scrub from top to bottom. On the first evening we all sat in the garden area and I alone got 16 mosquito bites... Now they could well have been from outside but we caught plenty in the house and especially upstairs and potentially in the bedding... We never used the kettle as it was full of limescale.. The sofas and outside patio furniture were filthy... you get the picture. The building is in a good location but again in need of some TLC.. It's back to a villa for us next time...

Beautiful apartment

More than happy to give 5 stars for this beautiful apartment. It’s ideally situated in a quiet location while only a very short walk to the beach or town centre. Maria was very helpful on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is elegantly furnished to a very high standard. Is very clean and very well equipped. We really could not fault and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful Andalusian spotless apartment

Had a fantastic stay in Marbella. Maria the host could not have done anything more for us. The apartment has everything you need with a lovely sunny afternoon garden terrace. Spotlessly clean and very homely. The middle double bedroom is not for the faint hearted as it’s in a hollow with a very low ceiling, I banged my head each time I got out of bed. But the rest of the apartment makes up for it. The location is amazing as it is opposite a supermarket and a short walk to the promenade with loads of fantastic restaurants. This apartment is in a huge complex on a ground floor which is not shown but it is in a gated community which is very safe. There is an amazing restaurant near the apartment called Back which is Spanish food with a twist, we had a great experience there. All in all a lovely stay near to the old town of Marbella, Orange square about 20 minutes walk, equipped with everything you could need.

Sehr gute Wohnlage, direkt am Strand und unweit vom Zentrum

Sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Im Sommer mit Sicherheit perfekt temperiert. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine vorhanden, die Küche ist auch gut bestückt. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Mit der flexiblen Überdachung auch bei schlechterem Wetter ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch an Maria für die hervorragende Betreuung! :)

Best location, close to everything. Perfect! 5 *

What we liked: -Location: 2 minutes walk to beach, bus station to Puerto Banus, Xpress to Fuengirola, estacion de autobus, restaurants and to Mercadona (grocery). -Great welcome from Maria. She gave us restaurant's name to go to, Maria showed us how to go to the beach, the grocery store and also where to put our garbage. - very nice surroundings. -Comfortable beds -Good reception of Internet everywhere in the house, even outside on the patio, - Kitchen; everything you need even nice wine glass! -Exactly as in pictures, clean - Water pressure in shower is very good and enough hot water. The house can get chilly in the winter months even though there is heating, but with a little sweater, it is perfect. Upstairs in the bedroom, it is warmer, so perfect to sleep. If you intend to wash your clothes while in the apartment, bring soap for washer. Maria is a super great host. She is always available for her guests.

Great apartment and location in Marbella

Maria was the ultimate hostess and the property was lovely and centrally located in Marbella. We could walk everywhere. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space for all of us - kitchen was well stocked, outside deck was wonderful in the mornings for coffee/breakfast and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. After a day trip to Ronda, we parked the car in the garage and forgot to turn off the lights. Maria was wonderful - came over with jumper cables and got our car started again. Thank you for a wonderful time in the south of Spain.
