In the heart of Hill Country and surrounded by serenity, you’ll find this luxurious stone home, commanding an unparalleled view of the rolling countryside. Enjoy the quiet setting from your huge backyard, complete with a private, resort-style infinity pool, pool spa, built-in grill, and mini-fridge for frosty beverages. The broad back patio offers a shady spot to sip some sweet tea while you watch the kids play in the pool.

Inside, you’ll find a space just as expansive and spectacular. The fully updated main living area boasts hillside views from nearly every window, soaring ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and plenty of space to gather together. You’ll have a hard time prying the family chef out of the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a professional-grade stovetop and double oven. Grab a seat at the kitchen island for a quick snack, or serve up family feasts at the adjacent window-front table.

When it’s time to explore, you’re just minutes from multiple wineries (a three-minute drive from Flat Creek Winery!), Lake Travis, boat rentals in Lago Vista, and all the action in Austin. Downtown Austin is a scenic 42-mile drive through the wildflowers and wineries in the country.

When you’re ready to unwind at home, three streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi offer entertainment opportunities. Central air-conditioning and an in-home washer/dryer offer another layer of vacation convenience. Sleep will come easy in any of four well-appointed bedrooms at the end of the night, including a primary suite with a spa-like private bath. Things to Know
This home is located in the woods/fields, where bugs, insects, and other critters frequent the area. If outside, it is recommended that guests bring bug spray.
The pool slide and waterfall are not for guest use at this time.
The pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday, even if guests are there. There is no swimming for three hours after the pool has been serviced.
The pool is NOT HEATED.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
