Great Location
Nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Property is as shown in listing. Lots of stairs inside and outside to navigate. We used a gate in one of the closets and rigged it with bungee cords to keep the 3 year old away from the spiral staircase. Bedroom furniture very comfortable. Beautiful outside area. No pool umbrella. Triple digits during our stay so we really couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. Gas grill didn’t work. Downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a ceiling fan and only one lamp. We found a fan which helped with air flow in the room. View of lake from upstairs is beautiful. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor furniture more which was very comfortable. Games were provided and very nice game room downstairs.

Easy to find. Good location. A little tlc help around the pool area. Pictures on the site show hammocks. None at place. Bring ice. Also bring any Tupperware for leftovers and no keurig so bring regular coffee. No pool floats or anything so bring your own.

Really enjoyed this home, very clean and large bedrooms with comfy beds, great view and deck area, only inconvenience was no ice maker or Keurig maker but would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!!
Loved the layout of the house, the pool, and even the interior decorations! It was such a cute little house, perfect for our bachelorette festivities. I would say the only thing that wasn't favorable was the entrance to the driveway. It isn't low car friendly. I drive a camaro and the lip at the entrance scraped the bottom of my car and I ended up having to park on the street. Also, the kitchen sink somehow clogged even though we didn't really put much down the drain and also tried to use the garbage disposal. When we messaged the house manager, she said they would send someone over the next day, but no one ever came. We couldn't properly clean when we left because the sink was full of dirty water. Besides those two things, we loved the house and would love to book here again!

Very cool place to stay!
This place was incredible, but we had some issues with the check in time being pushed back. That caused us to drive around for another hour which was not fun. I asked the company to extend an hour and they said they couldn’t. Not a very good experience customer service wise.

Marble Falls relaxation.
The property was easy to access and was very clean for our arrival. The property was very close to restaurants and the downtown area. We utilized the pool area for the first day and found ourselves enjoying the view from the balcony in the evenings. We used the gas grill for three of our meals. Our daughters enjoyed napping on the hammocks in the afternoon. The only issue was that construction crews showed up Saturday morning and Sunday morning to work on the house next door. While we did not have any issues with them, it just made it a little more uncomfortable by the pool for our daughters. Looking to return next year in June!

Neat House
The house was really great! The pool area had a great view. Bring some chairs to sit in because the ones that are there are quite uncomfortable. The construction next door was a problem. They were tearing up concrete when we were there with a bobcat and Jack hammer. Incredibly loud, tons of exhaust. Thankfully they didn’t work Saturday or Sunday and only Monday was a problem. There is no privacy at all if they are working when at the pool. The kitchen was great. Air conditioners worked well. Comfortable beds. It was very clean. The best part was the hammocks hanging outside of the bedrooms.

Disappointing Trip
I will start with the positives. The pool and deck are very nice. The biggest negatives were: 1. One bathroom for a property that size is unacceptable. 2. The A/C does not work at all downstairs (other than a lame little wall unit) and it is questionable at best upstairs. 3. None of the furniture is comfortable...from the living room to the dining table to the beds. We would never go back to this property or recommend it. Overpriced and underdelivered.

The View & Pool was great
This is a good property for a younger couple. The pool was great and the rooms were clean. Great view and the hammocks were awesome! However, I would not stay here again with kids and pets. The yard is not fenced in and the inside stairs are not kid friendly or pet friendly. We had to use the front stairs to take dogs out. Also, the one bathroom is not big enough for 6 people. Another big downside is the AC system. During the mid-day heat, the AC system does not work well. It takes forever to cool down. Also, the systems are set to 78 when you arrive and takes awhile to cool down. I would suggest the management team to put in digital thermostats so they can be turned down before guest arrive. I did read bad reviews due to construction but to be honest they were not very loud and they did not work on the weekend we were there. Overall good experience but would not visit again with the whole family.

Great short vacation getaway
An awesome location. The house was clean, and my kids had a great time in the pool. Please be careful on the driveway if driving a sedan. I bottomed out when first arriving and then parked on the street from then on (plenty of space).

Loud Construction next door
I was super unhappy to discover LOUD construction going on right next door (like 15 ft away). The management team should make guests aware before arrival. I spoke with them and they said they “cannot control what goes on next door so wouldn’t let us cancel/reschedule”. Most VRBO properties will let guests know about something like this prior to arrival and let guests decide if it will be a problem. There was loud banging all day (even on Sunday) and construction workers watching us in the pool (I have pictures). Definitely not the relaxing time I had hoped for. Also, there is only the tight and steep circular stairs inside the house which is very difficult for young children to navigate. Overall not a family friendly property if you have young children. It was a really poor experience all around.

We loved the home just wanted at least one more TV for options. The ambiance is amazing! The AC broke at the beginning of your stay but communication was great and the repair was done in a timely fashion. Thanks for sharing your home!

Awesome Location Beautiful Views
The positives: The location was great with beautiful views. There are several TX state parks within 30 min to visit. The private pool was great for cooling off when the temps soared. The negatives: When we arrived at 4 pm it was 87 degrees in the house. The temperature did not recover to a comfortable setting until about 2 am. We were soaked in sweat just from unpacking. This is due to tenets being asked to leave the temp at 79 upon check out. In the evenings the temperature still rose in the main living area to an uncomfortable 80 with the temp set to 75. If you cannot tolerate high temperatures this rental won’t be for you. Having one bathroom on the top floor was more challenging than expected. The rental is listed as family friendly but there are several reasons it is not. The spiral staircase (for young kids), the fence along the pool is not secure at all. Do not lean on it . The coffee table is top heavy and falls over easily. All in all , we would return for the location but perhaps request the thermostat not be set to 79 prior to our stay.

Great mid century modern vibe riverfront pool home!
Really enjoyed the decor and indoor spaces on our relaxing weekend away. Outdoors is simply stunning, the pool was very clean and the views were incredible. Even the highway bridge, that we thought may be an eyesore, kinda grows on you. At night the bridge lights up and looks pretty over the water. The kitchen was well appointed with cute plates and cups that fit the 60s vibe of the home. The owners really went the extra mile with the furnishings and appointments. Its an older property, so we weren't expecting anything immaculate, but the home was really clean on arrival. The location is also great, super walkable to marble falls Main Street. Theres a brewery with great food, wine bars and shops all a 5 min walk from the house. Super happy with our stay, I'm already talking to a group of friends to come stay again in the future.

A great view, pool, location and more...
This was a great find. House is perfectly located- walking distance to local brewery, blue bonnet Cafe and downtown marble falls. House has everything you need for a great time and comfort - SUP, kayak, chairs by the dock, bikes, pool towels, hammocks, coffee grinder with beans! Managed by Turnkey and I found them quick to respond to any issues or questions. Loved that they proactively notify you if you can check in early or check out late. Few things to know: the house next door is under construction. We lucked out during our stay because they weren't working on it while we were there. I could see it being an issue if they were working on it given how close this house is to the rental. The outdoor pool house needs to be cleaned up. It was a moth haven. The house on the other side has quite a few outdoor cats (I counted five) so just be aware if you bring a pup. Other than those few things this house was perfect and we had a great time!!

Amazing house!!! Carpet is older and could use a refresh but overall very nice and clean. Great upstairs patio for hanging out with friends!!! Walking distance from local brewery and famous cafe. We had a few issues with the oven and the TV but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

A Restful Getaway
This was a wonderful house that is full of charm. It was so perfectly located in Marble Falls for a short walk for dinner or shopping. Our family enjoyed perch fishing off the docks, sunbathing next to the sun, and enjoying relaxing in the hammocks on the patios outside. This house was perfect for all of us to just relax and recharge for our spring break. Thank you for offering your home as a the perfect restful getaway.

There was major construction going on right next-door so we had no privacy throughout the day .
This property has so much potential and the views are gorgeous. However your posting online has no indication that there is major construction going on next-door so there were workers there from morning until at least 5 o’clock each day. There were loud machines going and we had no privacy at the pool or even on the dock. I think that VRBO should let clients know before hand that is happening because it changes the picture drastically. There was also a lot of trash around the area. When we arrived there wasn’t any dishwasher soap but VRBO later brought some by the next day and we appreciated that. When I booked this trip VRBO also double charged me. Apparently, this was an accident but it was difficult to get through to them. Turnkey is the manager for this property and it has been difficult to get in touch with them. We have rented through VRBO a few other times and had great experiences. This House is very unique and located in a beautiful spot. But we spent most of our time during the day in town because of the noise, construction and the construction workers being out there all day. We were not expecting noise all day. In fact each morning we woke up to welding.

Relaxing Family getaway
We stayed at this beautiful property with our 2 young sons and my parents. Everyone had a wonderful time. We swam all day, we went fishing in the evening, we grilled on the deck, relaxed on the hammocks, and made drinks in the bar area. The beds were comfortable and the house was properly stocked with towels and kitchen accessories. We will definitely return for another relaxing stay!

Perfect getaway!
What a fun lake house! My husband and I had a blast swimming in the pool, reading in the hammocks, and eating meals on the balcony with gorgeous views of the lake. We loved all the fun furniture and mid-century flare and the bed was super comfy. House had everything we needed and more. Breath of fresh air during Covid
We loved our stay at your beautiful property. The decorations are so thoughtfully done and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hammocks on the deck and watching the boats go by. The pool really set this place apart from the other Marble Falls rentals we saw. Loved that we could walk to the new Brewery in town or to Blue Bonnet. Great location. The AC kept up with the Texas heat and was very comfortable. Plenty of towels for all of us. Kitchen appliances were very nice and was pleased to see a french press there as well. The grill worked out nicely for us as well. All in all perfect for our group of 4. A couple things that we think might make the place better. Having some cafe lights out on the porch so we could enjoy the Texas nights out there. We did have an issue driving onto the driveway. It's not really meant for sedans height-wise. Parking on the street was better for us. The kitchen could use a couple more basics, we had issue finding a good can opener (sorry if you already had one). But despite all of these things, we would 100% stay here again.

My husband, myself and our 4 daughters spent the weekend and it was perfect. The beds were super comfy and we all really enjoyed the hammocks and the pool. It was wonderful to be steps from the lake for easy access to our boat. We had a super relaxing time. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs!

Wonderful vacation home!
We loved our stay at this fantastic home! The pool is amazing and we spent most of the day swimming. We also loved the direct access to the dock and brought our kayak for fishing. It is steep with lots of steps to get to the water but worked well with our older kids (11 and 14). And we weren't able to explore the town but you are definitely close (walkable) to a really great town square and we can't wait to come back to enjoy all this home has to offer!

Few a Setbacks
Let me start with the positive side. The property itself was nice. Having to be pool and river view was lovely! Having 2 king sized beds was awesome and being pet friendly was a bonus. Now for the several setbacks. The house is actually NEXT to a highway, you don’t see that in the posting pictures but it sure is there (don’t look right if you come). Upon walking into the house, there is a strong urine smell, probably from dogs. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, drips water after the a/c has been running. This led to puddles on the floor and drips on your head when you walked by. I informed Turnkey and they are supposed to send someone to fix it after we leave. The next day, my family and I were swimming by the pool and had music playing on speakers at 10:30 am. I received a text message saying that there was an alert for excessive noise. I replied that we were just swimming with music and that it wasn’t even that loud. The next text said that “there is a device that records the noise level in the house”. I grew concerned with privacy and asked what that device was called because I wanted to see if it recorded conversations and Turnkey told me that they could not give me that information. VERY CREEPY! On the final night, we were awakened at 3 am by a faulty alarm and left us terrified! It sounded like the doors downstairs were triggered, but after inspecting we couldn’t figure out where it came from. The final note was the rationing of products. We were give one toilet paper role, 1 paper towel role, and a couple trash bags. This left us going to purchase products because we spent all 4 days in the house and that was no way near enough.

Here at TurnKey, it’s our highest priority to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, but if problems do arise, we try our very best to make things right in any way we can. We will absolutely communicate your feedback about the cleanliness to our Housekeeping Team to prevent similar problems in the future. Please know that we’ve since addressed the issue with the air conditioner. With regard to the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. About the noise complaint you received, TurnKey follows up on all reported disturbances to ensure we are being good neighbors to those around us. That being said, we do apologize if the notice you received was in error. We can assure you that guests are never recorded or monitored during their stays. Relaxing hideout
Our family loves our stay at this home. The home is charming and has all the amenities. We loved having drinks by the large pool with a view and then daring each other to jump in the river/lake. Even when the temps were in the 90s, there was always a comfortable breeze up on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
We had four friends stay here to celebrate a birthday. The property is beautiful and it was very conveniently located. We loved the pool and loved having a dock on the lake. We took kayaks and FYI, it’s a very steep walk down to the lake so it was difficult getting them up and down the dock. The lights in the bar downstairs were not bright enough so we couldn’t use the bar after dark. The only negative thing I would add would be that the dishes were not clean. We grabbed some mugs from the cabinet and they had what looked like old milk in it. But everything else was great! We loved it.

Great weekend stay in Marble Falls
We truly had a relaxing time at this house. The pool is a highlight of the house, and the dock is awesome for fishing and swimming in the lake. There are lots of stairs, so caution. It’s a short walk to Main Street Marble Falls and restaurants. Also just a short drive to Horseshoe Bay. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, it was the perfect weekend getaway our family needed.

Amazing getaway with Incredible views
Such a spectacular vacation rental! The views from anywhere on the property are picture picture! My husband truly enjoyed the fishing dock as his peaceful escape, while the swimming pool was all mine. Another spot on the property we fell in love with was the porch on the upper deck that had comfortable hammocks for relaxing in the late afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed. We only left to pick up a delicious pie at the Blue Bonnet Cafe that was within walking distance. Thank you for sharing this amazing vacation rental!

Perfect hill country getaway
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family. The kids even managed to get in the pool. The pool floats were awesome. And the pool towels were much appreciated as well! The house has everything we needed. The kids loved the hammocks and I could have stayed out on the deck all week! The huge grill had all the tools needed. Tons of dishes and glasses, plenty of pots and pans. Even games, books, markers, and a drawing easel (the 6 year old loved that!) My only suggestion would be to add just a few plates that are microwaveable for re-heating leftovers! The location is great for getting to lots of state parks and outdoor areas as well. We would love to return again soon!

Getaway in Marble Falls
Very nice older home located in a historic neighborhood in Marble Falls and overlooking the lake. The property is as described in the listing. It was wonderful and relaxing to sit out on the multi layered deck and enjoy the scenery. Only downside was it was just a bit noisy when you were outside due to being near the main bridge that has a lot of traffic. But you honestly tune that out after a short while. You can walk to Blue Bonnet Cafe and Bear King Brew Pub and then continue into the historic main downtown area and then to the Lakeside Park and other nearby parks. Beautiful property and great location!
