Wir waren vom 10.

Wir waren vom 10.-24.6.2023 mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kind und zwei Hunden in der Villa Petric. Es war alles wunderbar und wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles passt. Pool wurde auch immer gereinigt, Wasser nachgefüllt und der Rasen gemäht. Handtücher für Pool und Bad waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist ganz mit einer Mauer umgeben und es gibt auch das hohe Einfahrtstor. So konnten auch keine fremden Hunde aufs Grundstück. Der Grill, die Tischtennisplatte und das Billard war eine weitere Bereicherung für uns. Die Wege nach Osten und Westen zum Meer waren auch sehr kurz (ca. 14 km). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Vodnjan (ca. 8 km) Wir können die Villa Petric sehr empfehlen ;-)))) Werner

Für Familien zum Ausspannen ein tolles Ferienhaus. Zusätzlichen Freizeitmehrwert haben Billardtisch, Dart und die Tischtennsiplatte als Ergänzung zum Pool. Wir hatte dort eine sehr schönes Zeit. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund in den letzten beiden Septemberwochen 2023 in der Villa Petric. Wir haben uns in der schönen und gepflegten Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool und der rundum von einer Mauer umgebene Garten (ideal für Hundebesitzer) befanden sich in einem TOP-Zustand. Der Gastgeber hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, noch ehe er richtig geäußert war. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und das ursprüngliche Istrien sucht, ist in dem kleinen Dorf Divsici und in dieser tollen Villa bestens aufgehoben. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
