We had the best time at this stunning villa! The infinity pool was a highlight for us and the garden was huge, perfect for the kids to run around, I loved how easy it was to get to the beach, just a short drive, The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, It felt like a little slice of paradise, We would definitely come back again!

Die Villa an sich sowie das Grundstück wären wirklich fantastisch, wenn nicht folgende gravierende Beeinträchtigungen wären: Wir haben direkt am 1. Tag den Eigentümer kontaktiert und um Abhilfe der Mängel gebeten. Leider hat er nach dem Telefonat alles abgelehnt, er bot keinerlei Hilfe an. Recht unfreundlich begründete er es mit den Argumenten, dass sich darüber noch nie jemand beschwert hätte und er es anders sieht - so sieht leider keine Kundenfreundlichkeit aus. Hier die Beeinträchtigungen: 1. Der Pool ist extrem laut. Da wir es aus eigener Erfahrung wissen und schon in diversen Ferienhäuser mit Pools waren, ist uns klar, dass man einen Pool zwar hört, aber er darf nicht so extrem laut sein, dass man es daneben nicht aushält. Leider war der Pool so laut, dass wir uns ans andere Ende des sehr großen Grundstücks legen mussten (dort hörten wir den Pool zwar immer noch, aber es ging...). Die schöne Aussicht und der Platz neben dem Pool waren dadurch natürlich nicht zu genießen. Der Eigentümer sagte, dass das Ferienhaus mit Infinitypool ausgeschrieben gewesen wäre (was hat das mit der Lautstärke des Pools zu tun?!) und andere sowie er das Geräusch als angenehm empfinden. Und um die Ecke würde man es nicht mehr hören. Das stimmt so leider nicht, denn auf allen schönen Liegeflächen hörte man den Pool störend laut, nur eben nicht am anderen Ende des sehr großen Grundstücks. Dort war es okay. Somit konnte man leider nur diesen Platz als Liegefläche nutzen. Der Tisch im Außenbereich ist neben dem Pool, so dass natürlich die Mahlzeiten sehr gestört wurden. Es gab zwar noch einen weiteren Tisch bei der Haustür, der aber nicht recht idyllisch ist. 2. Es gab keinen einzigen Sonnenschirm. Der Eigentümer wollte uns keinen besorgen/bringen. Er sagte, wir sollen uns unten eben dorthin legen, wo es schattig wäre und am Balkon wäre ein Sonnenschirm zu gefährlich. Schatten gäbe es teils neben dem Pool, da der Platz dort überspannt ist. Leider konnte man dort aber wie mitgeteilt nicht liegen, da ja der Pool so laut war. Es gab noch einen weiteren Platz im Schatten hinter dem Haus direkt neben der Abluftanlage - aber wer möchte dort schon liegen?! Alles andere schönen Plätze (Liegen ums Eck), toller Platz am Balkon waren der extremen Sonne ausgesetzt (und dem Lärm des Pools). Letztendlich haben wir uns selbst einen Sonnenschirm kaufen müssen - und das bei solch einem Anwesen zu einem hohen Mietpreis. Der Eigentümer hätte hier leicht einen Sonnenschirm besorgen können.

Wir konnten selbst angeben, wann wir einchecken konnten, und der Besitzer war auch pünktlich. Das Haus war makellos. Der Pool war in gutem Zustand. Nur der Whirlpool war dreckig und außer Betrieb. Es gab jede Menge Badetücher zu benutzen und zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken. Überall war eine Klimaanlage. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es keine Probleme mit Mängeln und ähnlichem. Der Besitzer kam einmal vorbei, um den Rasen zu mähen und den Pool zu überprüfen. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen.

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem unbeschreiblich schönen Blick auf das Meer. Es ist an alles gedacht worden und gibt absolut nichts, was man bemängeln könnte. Kurz und knapp: - alles sehr sauber und ordentlich - Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet - große und geräumige Zimmer - alles ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet - super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und dem Hausmeister - Pool ist groß und schön - viele und schöne Liegen zum Ausruhen - … Wir würden das Haus jederzeit nochmal buchen. Einfach zum Verlieben!
