Villa Ive - rural house with a pool and spacious garden

Villa Ive is an old Istrian house that recently had a fresh make over. It's conveniently located – although it's placed in the rural part of Istria, it's only 10-15 minutes drive away from the sea, airport and the largest city of the peninsula – Pula. Air of history of this house is reflected both in the outer and inner area of the property thanks to the details such as wooden ceiling beams and earthly tones. This is nicely in tune with all of the house's modern appliances and facilities. In the garden part we find the same situation – the modern is gained with the pool, sun decks and children's playground, and the walls partly covered with stone, a dry stone „kažun“ (a small building that was used as a shelter in case of rain) as a symbol of rural Istria and a covered summer kitchen with an outdoor fireplace evoke some bygone times. The detached and fully fenced Villa Ive has five bedrooms for comfortable lodging of twelve individuals.
