I had such an incredible stay, I'm almost lost for words. The room was super comfortable with a great view. Staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The 3-pax room was very small, seemed smaller that what was shown in the website photos, that we could hardly turn ourselves after laying down the 2 luggages. Il manquait du papier toilette et une descente de bain à notre arrivée. La porte de la salle de bains grincait un peu trop et ne fermait pas bien. Le support de la douche était cassé. C'est dommage car j'ai l'habitude de venir dans cet hôtel et les chambres precécentes étaient bien mieux!

Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....
