This unit is located across the street from the JW Marriott Resort and is approximately 100 ft from the beautiful Marco beach. The unit includes 2 large LED/LCD TVs with cable and free high-speed wireless internet. There is a desk in the unit and a multi-function wi-fi printer if you must work. The bedroom is the largest 1BD condo in the building and features a coastal bedroom set with a king-size bed. The bedroom layout is larger and has a more spacious bedroom than the majority of units in the building. The Pottery Barn couch has a queen-size pullout. The bathroom is updated with dual sinks and amazing glass tile. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We have several beach supplies in the condo for your enjoyment as well as the most basic necessities. The main level of the complex has a great heated pool, tennis court, and grill for cooking out. Included, 2 beach bikes for your enjoyment. Condo is deep cleaned before every visit by outstanding cleaning service. There is a $25 one-time user fee at check-in in the office by the association.
