Marco Island Adult Getaway

We booked this 3 bedroom hone because 2 of the bedrooms had king beds in them. There were 2 adult couples. Shower size was a plus and the unit was supplied with many utensils, cooking items, etc. Well furnished!

Great stay cut short by storms

Very nice home, good central Marco Island location, with a nice kitchen, outdoor area, pool, and hot tub. Maintenance staff addressed all of our reported issues. Tropical storm Debby drove us out a day early, but we would stay here again without a doubt.

Second stay here this year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this same home in May and it was perfect for us (two grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and three grandchildren, ages 7, 5 and 13 months.) The heated spa and pool were in constant use along with several visits to the beach. The house is very conveniently located, was very clean again and is well equipped. I think everyone's favorate restaurant (as always) was Snook Inn with its water views, salad bar, live music, all you can eat crab night, gift shop, was well as the food, service and overall atmosphere. It is 5 minutes or less away straight down Bald Eagle. This was sixth visit to Marco as a family group and about our fourth or fifth time renting thru Marco Island Vacation Rentals, following an unfortunate rental experience with another company. MIVR is conviently located and the rental experience is a breeze, including check-in and (in our case) early morning check-out to catch an early flight home.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We spent a lot of time in the pool and fished off the dock. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach as well. There were 4 bikes as well which was perfect for us. Overall a great vacation spent in a beautiful home with all the necessities! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Marco Island Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th Marco vacation . There were 7 of us- me, my wife, our daughter and her husband and their three children ages 6, 4 and 10 months. The older 2 kids have learned to swim starting with the heated spas and pools during prior vacations. This was a great house for us. It was clean and very well stocked. While it may have been a new set, all of the kitchen knives were sharp and the rest of the kitchen was well stocked. The house was in a great location and as another reviewer noted, any traffic on Bald Eagle was not noticeable at all. I think this was the 3rd or 4th time we have rented a house thru Marco Island Vacation Properties and it could not have been better. A pocket door stopped working properly and they had someone there to fix it within three hours. I especially liked the text notifications about arrival and departure procedures and notifications about when the trash containers needed to be taken out and brought back from the curb in compliance with local ordinances. We will continue using this company in the future since our past experience with the has been great.

We had 4 adults and 3 young kids... we were unsure about it being on a busy road but you would never even know from inside the house or back on the lanai. The location was perfect, no more than a 5-10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere and there were some places that were walking distance. House was well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs / towels, bikes, etc. Property management company was communicative and kept us well informed. Overall couldn't have asked for a better rental or experience.

Perfect stay!!

We stayed here for 5 nights in August with our 2 young girls. We absolutely loved this home. It is very spacious and is one of the most well-equipped rentals I've seen. Everything we needed to enjoy home and the nearby beaches was right on premises. The pool and spa were allowed us to relax at the bed of sun-filled days. We will definitely be returning to Marco Island and we will try our best to stay here again. Marco Vacation Properties is an excellent rental agency, too. Highly recommended.

Summer getaway

Wonderful stay. House was very clean, well appointed, good location. Traveled with two teenage daughters. Everyone enjoyed the week. Relaxed, swam in pool, fished from backyard (bought a couple of cheap poles from Walmart). Garage does have bikes, some pool toys, chairs for beach.

Lovely two week stay

The furnishings are comfortable and in good repair and the appliances are really impressive.The villa is on a main road but there was no intrusion from noise; being centrally located, all amenities are only a short drive away.Marco Island Vacation Properties were excellent throughout.We had a fabulous two weeks and hope to return in future.

Family Vacation for the Books!

This was the best vacation we have ever taken. Our kids didn’t want to leave, and have asked when we get to go back. The house was incredible and clean. We wanted something low-key and somewhere to be able to just relax. We found all of that on this trip. I think we found our new annual trip! Thank you for everything!

June 2021 Stay

We were so happy with this house. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with kitchen stuff, and a very lovely outdoor area. We enjoyed the pool and seating area the most. We spent most of our days and evenings in that spot, and then wind down in the living room with a movie. Plenty of seating and very comfortable couch and chairs. I have read a few reviews on using the controls for the hot tub and how it seems to be confusing. So, I wanted to share what we learned and hope that helps others. Push “1”, then wait for the sauna to turn on for about a minute or two, then push “2” for the heat to kick on. Once you push “2”, the red light should start flashing. If it hasn’t flashed, then just wait another minute and push “2” again and it should work. We just learned to be patient for a minute or two and everything worked great. We had kayaks and paddle boards delivered to this house for the week from Paddle Marco. It was a great location to load them off the dock. We would rent this house again. Loved it.

Excellent home for family

Really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. We come to Marco every tear for Xmas and very happy with these accommodations. The home was perfect size for our family of 4 and enough room for a couple friends to visit in the evening. Open floor plan with nice size outdoor space with TV and nice pool/hot tub. Nice variety of beach chairs, coolers etc in garage as well. Overall very well equips home. Also liked the use of the app and excellent communication from property mgmt about trash/recycle takeout as well as other instructions. Thank you for a great stay in your home.

Amazing home

This house is amazing. The layout is great, so spacious and open. There are windows everywhere letting the sun shine in making it feel even bigger and brighter. The view of the water is soothing and the pool/outdoor area was a great place to end our beach days. We will definitely be booking this home again.
