Sea Winds 1203: Beautiful Beach Front Condo
Discover this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Sea Winds, offering the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation on Marco Island. Enjoy year-round, postcard-worthy sunsets from the balcony, whether dining or unwinding. The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the guest bedroom includes two extra-long twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, complementing the large-screen TV with HD channels in the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi, with the beach just a short stroll away from the pool area. Please note that the stove is not full-sized.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Pets - not allowed
Hello guests, you will receive an email from Marco Island Rental Properties about 2 days prior to your arrival with instructions on how to check in. You will also get this when you book thru our company. Any questions you can call 239-394-8686 or email andre@marcorentalproperty.com
Keys for the Rental Property will be at Marco Island Rental Properties; 237 N Collier Blvd, Marco Island, FL 34145
We are right next to Empire Bagel. The Code to our key box will be emailed to you prior to arrival.
