This attractive beachfront corner unit features all tiled floors and new living room furniture. It offers a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room suitable for children, not adults. There are flat-screen televisions in both the living room and master bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi, along with a washer and dryer, are included in the unit. Adjacent to the property is the Apollo Restaurant. Just a 10-minute walk north from the parking lot, you'll find additional restaurants, a movie theater that offers dining, and mini-golf. Please note that the stove/oven combination is not full-sized.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival. Pets - not allowed
