「This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...

「Limited food dinner restaurant options in Andance & Andanette, excellent grounds & swimming pool to chill, great secure bike storage, comfy bed with shared bathroom, the host had a short term medical issue and wasn't able to provide breakfast at that time, but kitchen so we wish area available for quests, and excellent coffee machine to make own coffee we offer the host a speedie recovery. Thanks 🙏」

「Hotel situé en plein centre sur une rue à sens unique, donc déchargement des bagages à faire rapidement. Un très bon accueil de la reception, possibilité de garage moto pour un supplément de 10€, par contre le samedi matin il y a marché et la rue est fermée... il faut sortir par une des deux rues perpendiculaires... chambres pas très insonorisées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Les douches et descentes d'eau des autres chambres s'entendent bien... avantage d'être plein centre,...

「we arrived late (10pm). The recpetion was closed and we have not been contacted. We called the hotel and one person has replied: quiet agressive and not relaxed, more focus on telling us "we did not respect the time to arrive...". No light at the reception, and the way to indicate us where to find the keys was not pleasant...」

「Na n lange maar rustige reis op n zondag kwamen we aan bij Campagnile Chanas. Checkin was erg gemakkelijk omdat de receptionist ook wat engels sprak, hij was zeer behulpzaam en netjes. Op de kamer stond de climaatregeling al aan dus het was niet benauwd. Alles was schoon en netjes. Wifi was prima, bed sliep heerlijk. We hebben een rustige nacht gehad. Wij komen de volgende keer hier zeker weer.」
