The location is great and close to the sightseeing point. The staff don't speak english, but they are friendly and helpful, and understanding in Mardin area. The room is perfect, I wish can stay longer here.

I had so much hope for this hotel but ended super disappointed and somewhat cheated. The property is a historical one and I love those places. The building is beautiful. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which is not like the one pictured when you choose the room at the expedia website, in fact all the rooms you choose show the same picture so keep in mind there is a big chance that you are not getting that room. I though “ok is not that bad” it was 3 floors down going with luggage through dangerous stairs. Is a historic building I understand that but the hotel does not have anyone to help you. I went down with our things praying to God for our safety. The heater was not working properly, I complained to the person in charge and requested another room even paying extra for upgrade but they replied that it was fully booked - the place was EMPTY. I even looked at the key cabinet in reception and only 3 key slots were empty. We spend one night in that freezing room and I even had nightmares. It was SOO cold that I stayed in bed till past 11 am because I could not get the courage to get out of the tiny blanket and up. Finally decided to leave the bed asked and went through the old city looking for another hotel and making sure their heaters were fine. Ended booking at the Gazi Konagi , a property a little bit further down. I went back to get our belongings again risking our lives bringing those up 3 stories and proceded to check out, the lady in charge refused

Küçük bir iş sebebiyle sadece 1 gece 2 kişi konakladık. Rezervasyonumuz ekonomik odaya olmasına rağmen ( en alt kat) bize daha rahat edebilmemiz için standart oda teklif edildi. Ancak ekonomik odanın konforu bizim beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde olduğundan kendi odamızda kalmayı tercih ettik. Akşam serin havada avluda otururken Ümran Hanım üşümeyelim diye ateş yakmakla uğraştı. Ayrıca bize Mardin konusunda da çok yardımcı oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Kötü Yorumlar yüzünden giderken çok kararsızdık ama yorumlarda bahsedilen hiçbir şeyi yaşamadım ya da görmedim.Oda gayet güzeldi harika bir dekarasyonu vardı Mardin dokusu ve kültürünü odada hissettik böyle bir odada hayatınızda bir kere kalırsınız ve temizliği gayet güzeldi ki terasın öyle bir manzarası var ki sadece bunun için bile diğer kriterler görmezden gelinir.resepsiyondaki beyefendi de çok ilgiliydi çok yardımcı oldu.

I didn't stay here. Upon arrival the staff told me they couldn't find my booking and wanted to send me away. After showing my confirmation and proof of payment, they told me the booking was done when the previous owner was still in charge and that he had forgotten to cancel all bookings when he sold the hotel. It was 8pm, dark and we still had to look for another hotel. In the end we found some horrible cold room in another place. Tatlidede refused to give me my money back and the custumer service of this website wasn't helpful either. In the end, my boyfriend went to a lot of trouble and got me my money back. Don't stay here!

Mardin’de geçirdiğimiz çok güzel 2 günün tek berbat yanı Tatlıdede Konağında bulunmamızdı. Otelde ciddi bir yetkili yok, her yer leş içerisinde, odalar hiç temizlenmemiş ve toz içinde, kahvaltı verilmiyor. Kısacası Mardin’e kışın ortasında gelseniz bile sakın burada kalmayın. Sokakta kalın ama buraya 1 kuruş vermeyin. Sabah kalktık, işletmemiz değiştiği için kahvaltı veremiyoruz dedi 15-16 yaşlarında bir çocuk. Biz kahvaltı dahil ücret verdik dedim. Sonra kahvaltı hazırlamaya başladı. Restorana indik her yer leş içinde. Hijyen buraya hiç uğramamış. Hangi esnafla konuşsam burası için gülüyor ve onlar da şikayet ediyor. Özetle buraya sakın ama sakın uğramayın. Güzelim konağı mahvetmişler.

Otelin yeri ve tarihi konak müthiş. Ancak çalışanlar profesyonellikten zerre naibini almamış insanlar. Pijamayla karsilayan icerde sigara içen calisanlar. Oda soğuk ve disaridan gelen gurultuye maruz kalmış haldeydi. Kaldığımız sürenin %90 kısmında sular 'teknik bir arizadan dolayı' kesikti. Sabah yüzümüzü dahi yikayacak su bulamayınca, ücrete dahil olmasina ragmen kahvaltiya bakmadan disari çıktık. Odada içme suyunun bulunmamasi da tatilimize ayrı bir renk kattı. Kamp ve doga konaklamasi deneyiminiz varsa, ucuz fiyat muhteşem lokasyon birleşiminden dolayı tercih edilebilir.
